- Create your account, pick your plan and set up monthly billing.
- Your benefits start right away, including your first free oil change. A few perks unlock after 3 or 6 paid months (see the fine print).
Frequently asked questions
What is Eagle Shield?
It's Kolb Family Automotive's rewards and membership program. Every customer earns points on every visit, and our monthly plans add free oil changes, member pricing and priority scheduling.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime by calling or stopping in.
Can I use my membership at both shops?
Yes. Benefits work at both our West and East shops in Batavia. Detailing is done at the East shop.
When do I get my free Krown on Elite?
After 6 paid months on Elite, then once every membership year. If you join in the fall, your first free Krown comes in the spring.
Can I change plans?
Upgrade anytime. Downgrades take effect at your next membership anniversary.
Can I move my membership to another vehicle?
Only if the vehicle on the plan is sold or totaled. Benefits already used that year stay used.
What if I cancel and rejoin?
You can, but if it's within 12 months there's no sign-up oil change and waiting periods start over.
Do my rewards points expire?
No.
The fine print
- No contract. Billed monthly, per vehicle. Cancel anytime by calling or stopping in.
- Each membership covers one vehicle. It can move to a new vehicle only if the old one is sold or totaled, and benefits already used that year stay used.
- Your first free oil change comes when you join. The rest are spaced through your membership year: every 6 months on Basic, every 4 on Plus, every 3 on Elite.
- Oil changes cover up to 6 quarts of full synthetic. Extra quarts, diesel oil and specialty or European-spec oil are billed at the regular price.
- The free NYS inspection, Level 1 diagnostic and free Clean detail unlock after 3 paid months on a plan that includes them. The free Krown unlocks after 6 paid months on Elite.
- Yearly perks reset on your membership anniversary, not January 1. Unused perks don't carry over and end when you cancel.
- Upgrade anytime; the new plan's waiting periods count from the day you upgrade. Downgrades take effect at your next membership anniversary.
- Member discounts apply to work approved after you join. They exclude tires, sublets, fees and any single part over $1,000, and don't combine with Military, First Responder or AAA discounts.
- Cancel within 6 months of joining and you repay the regular price of the benefits you used, including member discounts, minus the dues you paid.
- Rejoin within 12 months of canceling and there's no sign-up oil change; waiting periods start over.
- If a monthly payment fails, benefits pause until the account is current.
- Free towing starts 30 days after you join and is free only when we do the repair; otherwise the tow is billed at our regular rate.
- Not for fleet or business accounts.
